Up to 45’ Seamless RV sidewalls
INCA has developed a revolutionary panel product, made from a blend of hemp fiber and a proprietary resin system, that can be produced in various thicknesses up to 45 feet in length, enabling seamless RV sidewalls and unibody construction of truck trailers. Panels can be Class A fire rated, and surfaced in-line with various finishes and will replace the rainforest plywood currently seamed together in RV and truck trailer construction. BioPanels™ will save significant labor costs and create lighter, stronger, more durable vehicles. Unlike plywood, INCA BioPanels™ will be fire rated, moisture resistant, lighter weight, and available with Class A automotive finishes, saving manufacturers the significant cost of painting.
